Hostel Rules

1. Every Hostler joins the authorized mess attached to the hostel only. Individual cooking is not permitted.
2. Students are advised not to keep valuables in the room. The student themselves shall be responsible for the safe custody of their belongings.
3. The use of electric appliances beyond 60 watts is strictly prohibited and, If found, will be confiscated. “Energy Saved is Energy Gained”, should be the moto.
4. Student shell not remain absent from the hostels between 7:00pm and 7:00am without the permission of hostel incharge (countersign on prescribed form is must)
5. The room of any student can be inspected at any time by hostel incharge/any authorized staff of the IPS Academy.
6. Student are expected to share the responsibilities and duties maintaining the hostel mess and the campus clean.
7. At the time of allotment of seat and leaving the hostel every student must take over and hand over the hostel property carefully. Damages/stolen items of furniture, electric fitting, crockery etc. will be replaced by the student as per actual.
8. No activity such as display of notices, cultures, guest artist, publication of souvenir/magazine  Whatsoever shall be arranged without the permission of hostel incharge.
9. Visitors are not permitted after 7:00pm and parents/ Guest can stay in the guest house with the permission of hostel incharge on payment basis, if available.
10. Gate pass may be issued as per the rules and regulation of the hostel.
11. Ragging is totally prevented, any one found involved will have to undergo disciplinary action.
